MANISTEE – The Traverse City Christian soccer team started its season on the right foot with a 1-0 road win over Manistee Wednesday night.
James Thuente scored the only goal of the game, cleaning up a rebound off a free kick in the first half.
Traverse City Christian’s next game is scheduled for Monday against Gaylord. Manistee will be home against Suttons Bay on Friday.
