ST. IGNACE -The St. Ignace girls basketball team beat Boyne City 34-28 and the Saints’ boys team beat the Ramblers 79-74 in overtime on Tuesday night.
This was the season opener for the boys basketball team and the second game of the season for the girls. The girls basketball team improves to 2-0 on the season with the win.
The St. Ignace girls basketball team will play at Rudyard on Dec. 14th in its next game and the boys will host Rudyard the night before.
