Years in the making, in the heart of downtown Cadillac had their grand opening celebration Friday.
“Took a long time just to get to open and then, you know, we took a little time to get to our grand opening because we wanted to have everything in place. We started with breakfast and coffee and then we had lunch,” said owner Erica Piedmonte.
Roasted – at 115 N Mitchell St. – has a full menu for those that would like more than a cup of joe. They’ve got breakfast, lunch and treats.
The café also has many different beers, cocktails and seltzers for those who want different options.
Piedmonte says that many of the products are produced locally, and that they strive to deliver quality products to their customers
“You know, roaster coffee. So it’s very high on specialty coffee we’re using that makes a great latte. But you can also bring by business and bring at home or just grab a cup of daily brew on your way to work. We’re just excited to bring all the, you know, all these nice local products to Cadillac and have them readily available” said Piedmonte.
